miss someone
who hurt you

I want to take a moment to share a little of my personal story with you, because this work — helping survivors of narcissistic abuse — is deeply personal to me.
After I got married, the abuse I was experiencing escalated in ways I could never have imagined. The police were being called to my home. My work laptop, phone, keys, and purse were taken from me. I was controlled, isolated, and belittled. At one point, while my partner and I were trying to conceive, he became physically violent with me.
Your presence matters, and I can’t wait to share what’s next on our journey toward peace, strength, and freedom.
